Movement Search and Delivery is working with a heavy industry manufacturer in Portland, OR to identify an EHS Leader for their 600-employee campus. The role offers a compensation target of 120000–135000 USD with a 40% bonus potential.

The successful candidate will lead safety and industrial hygiene efforts, report directly to leadership, and collaborate across management, manufacturing, and fabrication teams while maintaining visibility on site.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1 Direct Report: Safety Specialist

The position requires a hands-on Leader who is willing to maintain a high level of visibility with the management team and manufacturing and fabrication teams. The selected candidate is expected to support and assist in the development of our safety and industrial hygiene programs.

• New Equipment Review and Approval
• OSHA compliance
• Safety training
• Identification, evaluation, and control of industrial hygiene exposures
• Ergonomics
• Emergency Response
• Injury/incident prevention and analysis
• May be required to handle hazardous waste
• May be required to complete hazardous waste management trainingMay be required to complete Emergency Coordinator Training
