Sika Corporation is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety leader for our Marion, OH site. You will drive safety culture, oversee EHS programs, and lead training and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years professional experience in occupational safety, environmental health, or similar role(s).
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations and RMP reporting.
• Experience fostering a world class safety culture (e.g., Bradley Curve).

Responsibilities

• Lead site in Environmental, Health & Safety, Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene and Emergency Response.
• Coach leadership on safe behaviors and safety culture improvements.
• Lead and manage all aspects of EHS training.
• Lead site for key risk assessments such as HIRA, JHA/JSA, and Safe Work Permitting.
• Participate in safety walks and site EHS reporting.
