Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Environmental Health and Safety to lead strategy, development, and compliance across brand locations.

The role drives policy implementation, regulatory adherence, training, and program evaluation to build a safe, environmentally responsible workplace. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s in environmental science or related field with 5+ years in EH&S, strong communication, and the ability to integrate safety into all operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene or related field and/or relevant work experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience in environmental and safety compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor a comprehensive environmental and safety program with policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal environmental and safety regulations.
• Develop long-range plans for continuous improvement of environmental and safety efforts.
• Oversee hazardous materials, changes, and permitting to ensure compliance.
• Maintain records, reports, training, and audits for EH&S programs.
• Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Lead EH&S training and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage OSHA 300 logs and workers' compensation programs.
