Job summary

RealTruck seeks a Manager of Environmental Health and Safety to lead the strategic EH&S program across brand locations, ensuring safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement. You will develop and monitor policies, oversee regulatory reporting, and coordinate incident investigations with cross-functional teams.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s in Environmental Science/Industrial Hygiene and 5+ years of experience in EH&S compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in environmental and safety compliance.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor a comprehensive EH&S program and policies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal environmental and safety regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement of EH&S efforts to reduce injuries and improve processes.
• Oversee hazardous materials approval, process changes, and permitting for compliance.
• Maintain records and regulatory reporting; administer EH&S training.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions with teams.
