Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior EHS Specialist to support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across the site. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations.

The role requires managing incident investigations, CAPAs, and EHS documentation, with a focus on continuous improvement and safe practices across the facility in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred.
• EHS certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Associate Director of EHS with development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS management systems.
• Develop and monitor training programs related to EHS to protect workers and meet regulatory/site requirements.
• Develop, review, approve and implement SOPs, Work Instructions, and EHS documents.
• Support site management with incident investigations and CAPA tracking.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to align on EHS initiatives and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable EHS regulations and company requirements.
• Oversee EHS reporting and maintain site records and SDSs.
