Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking a Sr. EHS Specialist to lead complex EHS programs and support regulatory compliance at the site. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement safety, health, and environmental controls.

Role requires strong auditing, incident investigation, and CAPA skills, plus expertise in HPAPI containment and SDS management. A Bachelor’s in a related field is required, with Master’s preferred, and 5+ years in pharma EHS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field required.
• Master’s degree in EHS or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical EHS environment.
• EHS certifications are a plus (CSP/CIH/QEP/CHMM).
• Sustainability/ESG experience is a plus.
• SDS authoring experience.
• HPAPI containment and isolation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve EHS management systems and programs.
• Support KRAs/goals and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.
• Create and review training programs to protect workers and meet compliance.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions and EHS documents.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause analyses and CAPA tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align EHS initiatives.
• Ensure site compliance with applicable EHS regulations and policies.
• Oversee environmental reporting and internal/external communications.
