Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years leading teams in a formal and/or informal role.
• 5+ years of experience functioning in a cross-functional environment.
• 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).

Responsibilities

• Leads the execution of EHS strategic imperatives in the St. Louis region.
• Builds relationships with external stakeholders including government agencies and industry associations.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to their team as the program and EHS leadership teams.
• Identifies and prioritizes key EHS initiatives and drives action plans with teams.
• Develops and executes organizational plans, policies and procedures for EHS activities.
