Job summary

Sysco North Dakota, Inc. seeks an experienced EHS Leader to provide intermediate-level site EHS expertise and support the field safety team. You will partner with the EHS function to implement the global EHS management system and drive compliance across multiple sites.

The role focuses on training, environmental compliance, occupational health and safety, workers’ compensation, contractor management, and business continuity. Strong regulatory knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, risk management, safety/industrial/quality or environmental engineering (required).
• Master’s degree in EHS or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute injury prevention programs to promote a world class safety culture and minimize injuries.
• Identify, assess and control site hazards; assist incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Manage and track compliance training programs per regulatory and Sysco policy.
