Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in safety, operations, engineering or related field.
• Professional certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM, NEBOSH IGC/Diploma) preferred.
• Experience leading EHS programs across multiple manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BW Packaging EHS strategy across sites.
• Ensure OSHA/local regulatory compliance and perform audits/risk assessments.
• Lead workers’ compensation strategy, cost control, and return-to-work programs.
• Drive behavior-based safety, incident investigations, RCCA closure, and safety metrics.
