Reily Foods Company is seeking a senior Environmental Health & Safety leader to drive programs across its manufacturing and distribution sites, including New Orleans, LA, Knoxville TN, and Malden MA. You will shape policy, train teams, and partner with plant managers to embed a Safety First culture.

This role requires 5+ years in EHS leadership within manufacturing, CSP/CHMM or related cert a plus, and strong regulatory knowledge. Occasional travel up to 25% to support initiatives and audits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive EHS leadership in manufacturing.
• Food and beverage manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of EHS programs across facilities, including travel to multiple sites.
• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies and training to meet regulations.
• Partner with Plant Managers to foster a Safety First culture.
• Monitor EHS metrics, identify trends, and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct facility audits, investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Manage workers' compensation and return-to-work programs with HR.
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and reporting.
