Job summary

Hardware Resources is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives across its manufacturing and warehouse operations. The role will drive regulatory compliance, improve safety performance, and foster a proactive safety culture across sites.

You will coordinate audits, training, incident investigations, and environmental permitting, partnering with operations leaders to implement safe work practices, with up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations.
• Experience with audits, training, and program implementation.
• Ability to analyze data and drive measurable improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across manufacturing and distribution sites.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all regulatory standards.
• Drive safety culture, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct audits, investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Oversee environmental compliance (permitting, waste management).
• Partner with operations leaders to implement safe work practices.
• Manage safety metrics and reporting.
• Support workers’ compensation processes and incident management.
• Lead safety committees and cross-functional initiatives.
