Job summary

CBRE in Framingham, MA is seeking a Senior Manager, Health, Safety and Environment to lead the development and execution of EH&S programs for a Life Sciences client onsite. You will promote a proactive safety culture, implement playbooks and procedures, manage regulatory and risk initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliant operations.

This role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Life Sciences, and strong leadership with mastery of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Life Sciences/Pharma EHS/operational support experience preferred.
• Ability to lead exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership to motivate the team across multiple disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement, and review EH&S playbooks and procedures for program consistency.
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Track operational safety risks and develop strategic risk management plans.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports and identify risk reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with high-profile stakeholders to address concerns and solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within the account and drive improvements as needed.
• Lead by example aligned with CBRE RISE values and policy guidance.
• Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems.
• Understand broader departmental impact and drive process improvements.
