Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Sr. Manager to lead the development and implementation of HSE programs for medium to large clients.

You will drive regulatory compliance, risk management, and incident prevention across accounts, partnering with stakeholders to embed a proactive safety culture. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years' experience (or equivalent), strong leadership, and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a proactive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and review HSE playbooks and procedures for consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Track injuries, illnesses, and incidents; develop risk management strategies.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and implement strategic solutions.
