Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Senior Manager, EHS to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across North and South America. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee incident investigations, audits, and training, and ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met at field sites.

The role demands strong leadership and 50% travel readiness to support multiple sites. You will partner with EHS leadership to maintain consistent safety practices, manage third-party qualifications,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least ten (10) years of related EHS experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading EHS programs, audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations and ISO 45001.
• Experience delivering training and advising project teams on safe work practices.
• Ability to track safety performance metrics (recordable injuries, TRIR, DART).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to prepare clear reports.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own environmental, health, and safety program improvements across NGS operations.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Audit site activities and advise project teams on actions to maintain safe, compliant worksites.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance and customer safety requirements.
• Educate PM teams on site-specific requirements for projects without full-time EHS coverage.
• Report safety metrics and maintain 24/7 site support for emergent needs.
• Support ISO 45001 compliance and participate in internal/external audits.
