Job summary

Red River Commodities, Inc. is seeking a Senior EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety strategy across our Fargo manufacturing sites.

You will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with plant leadership to implement best practices. The ideal candidate has strong food-manufacturing EHS experience, OSHA expertise, and a track record of influencing safety performance in KPI-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Multi-site safety management experience preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing, dairy, grain processing, or consumer packaged goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of company-wide EHS strategies across multiple sites.
• Promote a behavior-based safety culture emphasizing accountability and continuous improvement.
• Advise senior leadership on safety performance, risk reduction and compliance initiatives.
• Coach safety professionals and site leaders; mentor and develop teams.
• Oversee audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, and KPI monitoring.
