Anchor Ingredients Co LLC seeks a Senior Quality and Regulatory Manager to lead food safety, quality, and regulatory programs at the Fargo site. You will drive the FSQMS, ensure certifications, and coordinate audits with operations, customers, and regulators.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in quality/regulatory roles, HACCP/PCQI training, and strong collaboration across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field related to food science or biology.
• 5+ years in progressive food safety, quality, or regulatory roles in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams preferred.
• Experience implementing/maintaining a GFSI-recognized system; SQF preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA/USDA requirements including 21 CFR Part 117.
• Strong HACCP, FSMA, GMPs, sanitation, and environmental monitoring knowledge.
• HACCP and PCQI training required; SQF Practitioner preferred.
• Experience with audits and regulatory inspections.
• Knowledge of microbiological testing and laboratory practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across sites.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/QMS tools.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of FSQMS.
• Ensure compliance with food safety plans and certifications across facilities.
• Prepare for regulatory and customer audits; support as needed.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting human and pet food and ingredients.
• Serve as primary contact for suppliers, customers, auditors, and regulators.
• Oversee documentation, certifications, and supplier records.
• Lead investigations and CAPAs for non-conformances.
• Partner with Operations on process improvements and new products.
