Job summary

The LaSalle Network is assisting a large food manufacturing facility in recruiting an EHS Manager to lead health, safety, security, and emergency preparedness initiatives.

As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HR, Quality, and Food Safety to build a proactive safety culture, drive accountability, and continuously improve health and safety performance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or CSP designation.
• 7+ years of progressive health & safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with safety programs, continuous improvement, and injury-prevention strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change-management skills.
• ISO management systems experience and HRIS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serve on Site Leadership Team, directing health, safety, security, emergency preparedness, and crisis management.
• Lead development of a proactive safety culture with owner-ship for safe behaviors and conditions.
• Partner with plant leadership to reinforce a culture of caring and zero-harm.
• Supervise Safety Coordinators and partner with regional Health & Safety leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local H&S regulations.
