Job summary

LALA Branded Products LLC seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety, health, and environmental programs at our dairy facility. You will influence plant culture, coach supervisors, and ensure regulatory compliance while integrating EHS into daily operations.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution on the production floor, audits, training, incident investigations, waste and water programs, and collaboration with Quality Assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• CSP or equivalent certification.
• HACCP or food safety certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite EHS leader for the facility and SME.
• Embed safety into operations with plant leadership.
• Lead safety committee and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, FDA and local regulations compliance; manage inspections and documentation.
• Conduct audits, JHAs, and incident investigations; implement corrective actions.
• Track KPIs (TRIR, near misses, training completion).
• Support Process Safety Management program and audits.
• Oversee environmental programs (waste, water, air) and sustainability efforts.
• Coordinate alignment of EHS with GMP/HACCP in food production.
• Deliver EHS training and coach frontline supervisors.
