LaSalle Network is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead health and safety initiatives at our Bangor, ME manufacturing facility. This high-visibility role provides strategic direction, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with plant leadership to improve safety performance.

The successful candidate will influence employees at all levels, develop safety programs, conduct audits, and drive continual improvements with a strong focus on OSHA standards and safety culture.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive health and safety experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience influencing employees and leaders at all levels to drive cultural change.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic health and safety initiatives as a member of plant leadership.
• Develop and continuously improve safety programs, policies, and processes.
• Strengthen safety culture, employee engagement, and accountability.
• Partner with Plant Leadership, HR, Engineering, Operations to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other federal/state health and safety regs.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and investigations.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs and report results to leadership.
• Lead safety training and promote safe work practices.
• Coach employees and leaders to improve safety behaviors.
