Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience managing EHS across multiple production lines, departments, or buildings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior EHS leader for large/highly complex sites and translate strategies into site plans.
• Lead regulatory compliance activities across OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regs.
• Identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks across processes, buildings, and utility systems.
• Own site EHS programs and drive continuous improvement to reduce injuries and environmental impact.
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; support emergency response.
• Provide executive reporting on EHS metrics and risk to leadership.
