Job summary

Par Health is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead EHS programs for the Raleigh site. You will oversee policy development, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics to meet company safety standards and industry regulations.

The role focuses on guiding corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a BS in a chemical or environmental engineering field and 10–15 years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in OSHA PSM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and a strong regulatory background.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in chemical, refining or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with OSHA PSM, Title V, RCRA, wastewater management and related regulatory programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure location EHS compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Develop and monitor EHS policies, programs and metrics across the site.
• Lead EHS audits, training curriculums and incident investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean principles.
• Communicate EHS risk and mitigation plans to site leadership and corporate teams.
