Job summary

ASM is seeking an EHS Lead II to oversee safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across three Arizona facilities in Chandler and Phoenix. You will partner with facilities, engineering, and operations to maintain a safe, compliant workplace in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, chemistry, industrial engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading EHS programs in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing or related operations.
• Working knowledge of environmental compliance programs including air emissions, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous materials and waste.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and industrial hygiene practices in cleanrooms, labs, and facilities.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EHS management systems, incident management and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS execution across three ASM Arizona facilities, ensuring programs align with corporate requirements and local operations.
• Serve as a trusted EHS advisor to site leadership, engineering, facilities, and contractors.
• Develop clear procedures, work instructions, training materials, inspections, and field controls.
• Analyze EHS metrics, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and ensure practical corrective actions are implemented.
