Job summary

AirLife is seeking a Sr. Manager, EHS & Facilities to lead our single-site EHS and Facilities strategy in Arizona. You will partner with site leadership to drive safety, regulatory compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement across operations.

You will build programs, manage budgets, and guide cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facilities aligned with AirLife’s values and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EHS/Facilities in manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to translate regulations into practical standards.
• Budgeting for operating and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and performance management for AirLife goals.
• Lead EHS programs, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Oversee facilities infrastructure, maintenance, and asset reliability.
• Manage budgets and capital projects, with cross-functional partners.
