Job summary

Lam Research is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Engineer for our Tualatin, OR campus. You will develop and monitor EHS programs, ensure OSHA/EPA/SEMI compliance, and collaborate with engineering and operations to embed safety in design and operations.

You will conduct training, perform hazard assessments, lead incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement while supporting ergonomic evaluations and health monitoring across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, ergonomics, science, or an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an EHS-related role.
• Existing understanding of OSHA regulatory and industry safety standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute EHS programs at Lam Research’s Tualatin campus.
• Develop EHS standards for Lam Research and participate in design reviews.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Review product, equipment, and process designs for EHS compliance.
• Conduct JHAs and risk assessments for manufacturing, lab, and operations activities.
