Job summary

Accelera in Indiana is seeking an EHS Professional to lead safety and regulatory compliance initiatives across the site. You will analyze incidents, drive injury-reduction programs, and coach leaders to sustain an injury-free environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of EHS experience, and the ability to obtain access to export-controlled items. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of EHS related experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Access to export-controlled items will be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fatality and serious injury prevention efforts, deploying key EHS elements.
• Analyze injury data and lead investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Oversee the EHS audit process and coach SPA-level accountability for compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to integrate EHS into equipment design and changes.
• Assist with industrial hygiene programs including sampling plans and exposure records.
• Assist with environmental compliance activities.
• Coach leaders in executing EHS accountabilities and deliver site objectives.
