Job summary

ASRC Industrial Services is seeking a Corporate EHS Director to lead safety strategy and drive a culture of safety across the organization. Based in Northern California, this senior role supports executive leadership, operations, and field personnel to protect people and operations.

You will guide risk management, regulatory compliance, and safety performance, while building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels. The role offers strategic impact and career growth within AIS.

Qualifications

• OSHA 500 Certification required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations for construction.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) required.
• 3+ years' experience in Safety or IH management.
• Bachelor's degree in safety/ IH or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, administer, and implement site-specific safety plans and JSAs per gov and client standards.
• Ensure company procedures meet federal, state, and local safety codes and are followed.
• Lead safety training and maintain records across sites.
• Conduct site safety audits and incident investigations; report findings.
• Oversee IH sampling and industrial hygiene programs; manage equipment upkeep.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and safety statistics; support safety committees.
