Qualifications

• Ten+ years as an EHS regulatory lawyer in top firms, public company, or regulatory agency.
• Strong academic credentials and stable work history.
• Must be a member of a State Bar and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Counsel and Senior Associate General Counsel with environmental, health and safety regulatory matters.
• Provide guidance on environmental permitting, compliance, and enforcement.
• Advise on OSHA, process safety management, industrial hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with EHS personnel, operations, consultants, and outside counsel.
