Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. is seeking a Senior Environmental Health and Safety Consultant for the West regional Advisory Services team in the San Diego area.

The role focuses on helping clients maintain safe, compliant workplaces by conducting inspections, advising on regulations, and mitigating health hazards. You will develop safety policies, deliver trainings, investigate incidents, and support client engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in an EHS capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related scientific field.
• Familiar with Federal, State & Municipal EHS regulations and their application.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with high attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with client personnel regarding workplace safety issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Advise clients on OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Develop specific areas of occupational health and safety systems, including policies and procedures.
• Inspect machinery and equipment (lifts, guards, scaffolding) and other engineered safety systems.
• Measure hazards (noise, ergonomics) using calibrated equipment and sampling.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and assess PPE usage.
• Identify hazards (toxic vapors, mold, explosive mixtures) and implement controls.
• Investigate accidents and injuries and recommend remedial actions.
• Deliver routine EHS trainings (orientation, hazard communication, forklift training).
• Write accident reports and complete OSHA recordkeeping forms.
• Support business development through networking and client engagement.
