Job summary

Ardent Mills is seeking a Sr. Manager, Environmental, Health & Safety – Center of Excellence to lead EHS programs across operations.

The role drives safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement by aligning EHS with company values and business objectives. You will oversee audits, data analysis, and performance trends; develop and monitor the annual EHS budget; and guide site leaders in implementing robust EHS practices, including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Qualifications

• Lead EHS programs across multiple sites and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage annual EHS budget and reporting.
• Demonstrated influence in safety culture and performance improvements.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems.
