Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking a Senior EHR Solutions Trainer & SME to support federal healthcare clients across ambulatory, inpatient, and revenue cycle areas. You will design and deliver engaging clinical training, translate complex workflows into practical sessions, and guide adoption during deployments and go-lives.

A RN license, 6+ years of experience, and citizenship are required. Travel up to 100% may be necessary, with willingness to work on-site at client sites and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Six or more years of clinical, healthcare training, consulting, or EHR experience.
• Current clinical license (e.g., RN) and hands-on clinical practice.
• Experience delivering EHR training and applying adult learning principles.
• Experience coaching learners or trainers and supporting end-user adoption.
• Experience working with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and work across locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for diverse roles and skill levels.
• Provide deployment, go-live, refresher, and sustainment training.
• Create and update job aids, facilitator guides, and exercises.
• Apply adult learning principles to improve engagement and retention.
• Translate complex clinical workflows into practical training.
• Identify knowledge gaps, adoption barriers, and remediation options.
• Coach trainers and reinforce training standards across the program.
• Track training metrics and communicate progress to teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, operational, and external teams.
