Qualifications

• 3+ years as a systems/business analyst in clinical or human services.
• Hands-on experience with at least one EHR/EMR platform (e.g., Core Solutions/CX360, Netsmart, Therap) in a support, configuration, or analyst capacity.

Responsibilities

• Post go-live support: triage, reproduce, and resolve data/workflow/configuration issues across markets.
• Change management: oversee intake, testing, communications, and rollout sequencing for EHR-related changes.
• Report creation: design and build SQL-based reports translating operational questions into queries; validate data quality.
