Job summary

Baptist Health seeks an experienced Epic Beacon/Research Application Analyst to support clinical research and oncology workflows across our Epic modules. You will translate complex requirements into compliant, patient-centered solutions and collaborate with clinicians and operational leaders to optimize system performance.

Responsibilities include 24/7 support, testing, and leading enhancements, upgrades, and reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Clinical Applications and Systems design, build, integration, activation.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• 3–5 years of Epic build experience; preferred.
• Epic Certifications in Research Clinical, Research Billing, EpicCare, Beacon preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support for Epic Beacon/Research applications.
• Lead QA and integrated testing of vendor functionality to ensure reliability.
• Lead projects across applications and develop application-specific enhancements and reports.
• Assist with incidents, updates, and upgrades to maintain system health.
