• Hands-on experience with at least one EHR/EMR platform (e.g., Core Solutions/CX360, Netsmart, Therap).

Responsibilities

• Post Go-Live Support: triage, reproduce, and resolve data, workflow, and configuration issues across markets.
• Change Management: manage intake, impact assessment, testing, communication, and rollout sequencing across eight-state regulatory environment.
• Report Creation: design and build SQL-based reports from EHR data; validate logic and present findings to stakeholders.
