• 7+ years of experience with triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating application or EHR-related issues.
• 7+ years of experience engaging stakeholders, analyzing operational needs, evaluating application capabilities, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions.
• 7+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for system enhancements.
• 7+ years of experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and related Agile documentation.
• 7+ years of experience supporting functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• 7+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional technical, clinical, and business teams.
• 7+ years of experience developing user documentation, job aids, and training materials.
• 7+ years of experience participating in structured testing cycles.
• 7+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related business analysis tools, including Visio.

• Must physically reside within the United States throughout the assignment in accordance with Commonwealth of Virginia security policies.
