Jobgether is assisting a partner company in seeking a Senior Business Analyst for EHR systems in the United States. The role focuses on analyzing clinical and health IT needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and guiding design across Agile/Waterfall methods.

You will work with clinicians, developers, and government stakeholders, manage backlogs, maintain documentation, and support testing and implementation for public-sector health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least eight years in technical requirements analysis and Requirements Engineering.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall software lifecycles.
• Ability to document and validate complex business and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in process diagrams, data flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Experience managing change control, backlog prioritization, and traceability.

Responsabilités

• Analyze stakeholder needs and translate objectives into detailed functional specifications.
• Document and maintain requirements across the full software lifecycle with traceability.
• Create use cases, user stories, prototypes, and wireframes for solution design.
• Coordinate backlog prioritization, scope changes, and impact analyses.
• Collaborate with clinicians, developers, and government stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support test scenarios and acceptance testing to validate requirements.
• Provide status updates on requirements, progress, risks, and issues.
