The role collaborates with clinicians and IT teams to design workflows, test features, and ensure compliant system performance. A bachelor’s degree is required, with 2+ years of relevant experience and Epic certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in configuring, maintaining, and supporting clinical applications within an enterprise EHR.
• Epic certification or equivalent credentials are required.

Responsibilities

• Configures and maintains assigned clinical applications to support operational and clinical needs.
• Performs system build activities, including workflows, rules, and data elements.
• Troubleshoots application issues, identifies root causes, and implements corrective actions.
• Participates in testing activities for upgrades, patches, and new features.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend improvements.
• Develops and maintains documentation of configurations, workflows, and testing outcomes.
• Provides end‑user training and support during implementations and system changes.
• Ensures compliance with IT policies, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
