Job summary

Commure is hiring a Senior Implementation Manager, Air (EHR) in Mountain View to own end-to-end onboarding and customer launches. You will partner with Engineering and Launch to ensure smooth transitions, high adoption, and on-time delivery.

You will build scalable playbooks, define success metrics, and prioritize features based on client workflows while refining processes to accelerate time-to-value. 5+ years in SaaS/HealthTech preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or project management experience in SaaS or HealthTech.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs to successful delivery on time and within scope.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and launches for new customers on Athelas Air (EHR).
• Draft and manage detailed implementation plans, timelines and resources.
• Lead cross-functional launch teams and maintain playbook adherence.
• Define success metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
• Build scalable launch playbooks and data migration / go-live templates.
