Job summary

Commure is seeking an operations owner for Ambient EHR integrations across enterprise health systems. You’ll bridge Engineering, Implementation Consultants, Customer Success, and client IT teams to diagnose, route, and resolve integration issues quickly.

You’ll coordinate end-to-end launches for 10+ EHRs, verify configurations, and monitor sync health while building runbooks and dashboards to inform leadership. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in Mountain View.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in operations, ideally healthcare tech with cross-functional workflows.
• Proven triage and escalation ownership with root-cause analysis across product, config, and client env.
• Strong documentation instincts; able to write clear runbooks and current docs.
• Excellent written communication for executive status updates and client-facing emails.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration launch coordination for 10+ EHRs.
• Validate configurations, provider/site setup, and monitor sync health.
• Triage production issues; distinguish bugs vs config vs client-env problems; meet SLAs.
• Document runbooks and create executive-facing status reports.
