Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior EHR Data Integration Consultant to lead complex client engagements focused on extracting and validating EHR data (Epic/ Cerner). You will design and optimize data extracts, mentor junior staff, and provide strategic guidance on data structures and reporting.

Remote work with travel is expected, enabling collaboration across multiple healthcare clients. The role requires deep EHR data expertise, strong SQL skills, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 5 years in informatics in a healthcare setting
• Deep Epic radiology workflows experience preferred — Clarity, Caboodle, Chronicles, Reporting Workbench, or Cogito tools
• Cerner experience (CCL, Discern, HealtheIntent) also considered
• Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of relational database architecture and data modeling
• Experience with EHR software, data management systems, and clinical information databases
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, LOINC is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical mindset and commitment to data accuracy
• Prior consulting experience or cross-functional project leadership valued
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or health informatics or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple clients with expert guidance on EHR data structures, reporting, and best practices
• Design, build, and optimize EHR data extracts using Epic Clarity/Caboodle or Cerner tools
• Lead validation efforts to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across client organizations
