Siemens Healthineers AG seeks a Senior EHR Data Integration Consultant to design, validate, and optimize Epic Clarity/Caboodle and Cerner data extracts. The role leads complex client engagements, writes advanced SQL, and guides data strategy for healthcare institutions.

You will manage multiple client projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders, while traveling 20–40% and supporting analytics and operational use cases.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in an informatics role within a healthcare institution
• Deep understanding of radiology and procedural workflows
• Epic experience strongly preferred — Clarity, Caboodle, Chronicles, Reporting Workbench, or Cogito tools; Cerner experience (CCL, Discern, HealtheIntent) also considered
• Advanced SQL skills and strong relational database/data modeling knowledge
• Experience with EHR software, data management systems, and clinical information databases
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, LOINC
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, BI, Health Informatics, or related field
• Remote with travel between 20% and 40% on average

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary consultant for multiple clients, guiding on EHR data structures and reporting best practices
• Lead requirements gathering and translate workflows into technical specs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
• Design, build, and optimize EHR data extracts with Epic Caboodle/Clarity or Cerner tools
• Develop SQL queries, data models, and extract logic for analytics and operations
• Troubleshoot data issues and collaborate with engineering to improve pipelines
• Lead validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Establish validation frameworks and repeatable data quality processes
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across client organizations
