Qualifications

• Vendor certification/proficiency for assigned EHR modules; 6-month certification window.
• Experience with web-based applications and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR content.
• Creates functional specs and validates them with business owners.
• Completes projects with supervision and develops project management skills.
• Escalates issues impacting deliverables.
• Maintains certifications for EHR applications and stays current with enhancements.
• Acts as liaison between IT, customers and vendors; attends cross-functional meetings.
• Prepares and maintains analysis, design, programming and user guides.
