Job summary

The Senior EHR Analyst at The Emily Program is an experienced healthcare IT professional responsible for the support, optimization, administration, and ongoing improvement of Accanto’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

This role provides advanced application ownership for assigned EHR modules, workflows, integrations, upgrades, releases, and issue resolution while serving as a technical subject matter expert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support and escalation for production issues, EHR corrections, and complex troubleshooting.
• Coordinate testing for design/build, upgrades, patches, and integrations with cross-system workflows.
• Create and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and user guides; support vendor communications and release readiness.
