Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking a Senior EHR Analyst to own and optimize our EHR system landscape. You will serve as a technical SME for modules, workflows, and integrations, while partnering with clinical and IT teams to translate needs into reliable, well-documented configurations.

You will provide Tier 3 support, lead testing and release activities, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliant, efficient operation of the EHR environment across care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience supporting Avatar or another EHR system.
• Experience with EHR administration, configuration, IT service management, quality assurance, or business analysis.
• Knowledge of behavioral health, clinical workflows, and data in EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME for EHR modules, workflows, integrations, and related applications.
• Provide Tier 3 support and escalation for production issues and EHR corrections.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and release readiness for changes and upgrades.
• Create and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and user guides.
• Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into workflows and use cases.
