Job summary

Lunera Health is seeking a Lead EHR Analyst to own our EHR environment within a Community Connect model. You will manage revenue cycle, patient access, and pharmacy workflows, lead upgrade validation, and provide technical leadership to an expanding application team.

The role starts as an individual contributor with growth to supervising two analysts as the team forms, shaping how Lunera optimizes its EHR across three sites.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience supporting or configuring an electronic health record.
• Experience configuring revenue cycle, registration, or patient access workflows.
• Experience representing organizational requirements to external vendors, hosts, or governance bodies.
• Experience leading testing and validation across an upgrade or release cycle.
• Ability to direct or mentor other analysts, formally or as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lunera with the Community Connect host and lead change requests.
• Own revenue cycle, patient access, and pharmacy workflows, and coordinate with billing and registration teams.
• Lead release, validation, and quality; maintain test scripts and validation evidence.
• Build and lead the application team, provide day-to-day direction and mentoring, and set documentation standards.
• Coordinate downtime planning, business continuity, and senior escalation for application issues.
