Lunera is seeking an Ambulatory EHR Analyst to own clinical documentation and ambulatory workflow configuration across family medicine, OBGYN, pediatrics, and behavioral health. You will bridge providers and the EHR, translate needs into workflows, test changes, train staff, and support during releases.

You will gather requirements from clinicians, submit change requests through governance, and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards.

Competenze

• Two or more years of experience supporting or configuring an ambulatory EHR.
• Experience with Epic, eClinicalWorks, or other EHR platforms.
• Demonstrated ability translating clinical requirements into system configuration or change requests.
• Experience delivering end-user training to clinical staff.
• Systematic approach to testing and documenting validation evidence.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in health information management, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of ambulatory clinical processes and documentation practice.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clinical staff of varying technical comfort.

Mansioni

• Own ambulatory workflows and templates for family medicine, OBGYN, pediatrics, and behavioral health.
• Gather, document, and prioritize workflow requirements from providers and staff.
• Prepare, submit, and track change requests through EHR governance and represent Lunera's requirements.
• Support behavioral health documentation workflows, including 42 CFR Part 2 requirements.
• Coordinate with IT Operations for capturing OBGYN ultrasound images in the patient record.
• Test and validate host build, upgrade content, and change requests before production.
• Maintain test scripts and validation evidence showing workflows work after changes.
• Assess upgrade content for clinical impact and communicate changes before release.
• Participate in downtime planning and recovery validation.
• Design and deliver role-based training for clinical staff.
• Provide on-the-elbow support during releases and periods of high demand.
• Serve as escalation for clinical application issues via service desk.
• Maintain end-user documentation and quick reference guides.
