Job summary

Lunera Health is hiring a Lead EHR Analyst to own our EHR environment across multiple sites. You will represent Lunera within governance and host change control, and own revenue cycle, patient access, and pharmacy workflows.

Initially an individual contributor, the role will grow to supervise an Ambulatory Analyst and a Dental Analyst as the team expands. You will lead testing, documentation, and release readiness for host upgrades.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience supporting or configuring an electronic health record.
• Demonstrated experience configuring revenue cycle, registration, or patient access applications.
• Demonstrated experience representing organizational requirements to an external vendor, host, or governance body.
• Demonstrated experience leading testing and validation across an upgrade or release cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to direct or mentor other analysts, whether as a formal supervisor or a technical lead.
• Bachelor's degree in health information management, information technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue cycle, patient access, and pharmacy applications and workflows.
• Lead release, validation, and quality for host upgrades and build integrity.
• Serve as Lunera's senior voice in governance and change control with the host.
• Build and lead the application team, provide mentoring and set documentation standards.
• Coordinate testing, downtime procedures, and incident escalation across sites.
