Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead the EHDS Data Cataloguing program. You will identify, classify and register in-scope health data, maintaining catalogue integrity across global teams and geographies.

The role requires coordinating with Legal, Privacy, Regulatory and Technology to embed sustainable data governance processes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharma/data fields, deep knowledge of data cataloging and EHDS standards, and

Qualifications

Advanced degree and 8+ years in pharma, healthcare, data or related field.
Expertise in data cataloging, metadata management, data governance, or related discipline.
Knowledge of EHDS data holder obligations and data standards (CDISC/HL7) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Leads the EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloging workstream across functions and geographies.
Maintains complete inventory including ownership, EHDS category, and dependencies.
Applies EHDS metadata standards (HealthDCAT-AP) for complete, interoperable catalogue entries.
Coordinates with Legal, Privacy, Regulatory and Tech to embed sustainable cataloging processes.
