Job summary

Dow Chemical is seeking a Senior EH&S Technician for the Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta site to support the Path2Zero program. You will implement EH&S programs, act as a plant resource for guidelines, and coach teams to achieve site goals while ensuring compliance across environmental, IH, and health and safety disciplines.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years EH&S/OH&S experience, a high school diploma or GED, and legal ability to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of EH&S or OH&S experience.
• Canada-based position requires legal work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Implements day-to-day EH&S programs using established processes.
• Ensures EH&S, IH, and H&S aspects are applied to meet goals.
• Acts as plant resource for EH&S information, procedures and standards.
• Serves as plant contact for EH&S issues and coaches teams.
• Supports developing and achieving EH&S area or plant goals.
• Coordinates environmental and IH monitoring, data collection, and reporting.
