Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Environmental Health and Safety for Project & Development Services in the United States. You will lead EH&S program deployment across sites and ensure safety is integrated into daily operations.

The role requires 7+ years in EH&S, a BA/BS in a related field, and possible CSP/CIH certification. Expect extensive collaboration, audits, and travel to client sites. Competitive benefits and salary.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Safety, Engineering or related sciences preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety.
• Safety Certification (CSP or CIH) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and lead the deployment of EH&S programs across the US for PDS sites.
• Effectively communicate Cushman & Wakefield's safety culture and operating philosophies.
• Identify losses; evaluate risk; develop and implement corrective plans and audit effectiveness.
• Maintain SOPs for safe work practices and use them in daily training.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and address deficiencies with site management.
• Maintain logs and documentation for permits and regulatory requirements.
• Review accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Support Workers’ Compensation claims tracking, investigation and management.
• Collaborate with WC Program Manager on injury management and rehab.
• Ensure EH&S recordkeeping and audit readiness across sites.
• Participate in site inspections and third-party audits for compliance.
• Travel to corporate and client offices as required.
• Develop online safety training platform to meet OSHA requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with other service lines and global EH&S to implement programs.
