Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an EH&S Manager to support a Global Occupier Services account in North America. You will ensure regulatory requirements, client EHS programs, and initiatives are integrated into account operations and partner with stakeholders to drive governance and risk management.

You will serve as lead EHS subject matter expert on management systems, technical standards, and best practices, liaising with client representatives and GOS teams to deliver compliant, safe

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in EHS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience within the EHS profession.
• Experience with Operational Management systems and working with corporate clients.
• Strong client focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Reports on EHS performance to the GOS Leadership team.
• Communicates the EHS vision and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborates to ensure EHS requirements are implemented in accordance with the Client’s programs.
• Partners to ensure zero incidents of EHS non-compliance for IFM services.
• Organizes EHS processes and programs for staff.
• Administers processes in alignment with the EHS Management System.
• Implements GOS EHS corporate processes and systems.
• Implements EHS software platforms.
• Identifies risk in Cushman & Wakefield contractors’ management.
• Participates in investigations of EHS nonconformances and corrective actions.
• Supports client regulatory audits (OSHA/EPA) and requirements.
• Provides technical advice on EHS issues and governance impact on service delivery.
• Monitors, tracks, and reports on EHS KPIs.
• Participates in internal/external EHS audits and continuous improvement.
• Supports response planning for severe weather at affected locations.
